We are pleased to share with you our first edition of Nature Matters for 2023.
In this issue we provide details of our current Vital Work Appeal, raising essential funds to assist with fencing and additional accommodation at our Hiltaba Nature Reserve. We also have some very exciting news regarding our popular Kids on Country junior ranger program.
Our Science and Knowledge team have supplied updates on a number of our conservation programs, including Wedge-tailed Eagles at Witchelina, Mount Lofty Ranges Southern Emu-wrens at Watchalunga, Plains Mice at South Gap and the dangers of feral cats.
The newsletter also includes a summary of our Forever Nature Fund launch held in December 2022 — our biggest and most ambitious appeal to date — team updates, Artist in Residency exhibition, a special Kangaroo Island member offer and more.
We thank you for your ongoing support of Nature Foundation, and encourage you to get in touch with any feedback.
