We are pleased to share our final edition of Nature Matters for 2023.
In this issue, we share an exciting opportunity to expand our positive impact by acquiring a new nature reserve, supporting South Australia’s unique biodiversity with our Forever Nature Fund: Bullock Bridge Appeal. We are honoured to have this property acquisition and appeal supported by internationally renowned scientist and birdwatcher Professor Hugh Possingham.
We also provide updates on our new volunteer program and reserve management, introducing our new Conservation Land Managers and a number of new faces to the Nature Foundation team.
Spring has been busy with conservation surveys, working bees and events, and we have included summaries of various activities occurring across our nature reserves, supporting our precious landscapes and threatened species.
The newsletter also includes a summary of our 2023 Annual General Meeting, our 2024 Artist Residency Program launch, member updates and more.
We hope you find this issue informative. Please let us know if you have any feedback or would like any further information.
