Located 6 km west of Blanchetown, adjacent to the Brookfield Conservation Park, this beautiful patch of Mallee Woodland also has some open sugarwood areas and is bustling with wombats, echidnas and birds.

Access throughout the estate is by un-formed tracks in good condition. To reduce the impact on the movement of native animals, particularly kangaroos and wombats, fences within the estate are not permitted. Water is available to all properties through the community title but there is no power connection. Each property has a one hectare parcel set aside to build your getaway home or weekender (subject to Nature Foundation SA approval).

Beetaloo Valley Bushland

In the highly sought-after Beetaloo Hills just west of Laura, there is one property of 44.5 ha remaining. Part of an extensive area of remnant vegetation, this community of South Australian blue gum and drooping sheoak has a diverse understorey including grass trees, Christmas bushes and the regionally rare billy buttons and spiny mallee-peas.

The property is a bird watcher's delight, abounding with thornbills, lorikeets, parrots and rosellas as well as rare and endangered birds such as the painted button-quail and crested shrike-tit. A seasonal creek runs through the property and the undulating landscape affords stunning views. Access to the house site that has been set aside is by a dirt track. The property has no water connection but power is available.

Yandiah Bushland

BushbankSA has recently purchased a picturesque 13 ha block of peppermint box grassy woodland set amongst the rolling hills of the southern Flinders Ranges, 8.5 km north east of Wirrabara and 256 km north of Adelaide. The critically endangered peppermint box (Eucalyptus odorata) is nationally listed under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Act 1999.

Ironbank

The Ironbank Bushland consists of two adjacent properties, one of 8.5 ha, the other 8.4 ha. The properties are located immediately to the north of the Ironbank township which is approximately 22 km from Adelaide.

Yatina Hills Bushland

This property is located in the Southern Flinders Ranges 4 km from Yatina on the Jamestown to Orroroo road. It is about 32 km north of Jamestown or 3 hours from Adelaide. Access is by good formed road. The property is undulating with a major gully through the northern section and with hills that provide stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

Croser's Scrub

The property is located 15 km south-west of Minlaton on Yorke Peninsula. It comprises 181 ha of which 128 ha are mallee vegetation and 53 ha are cleared barley cropping land. Croser’s Scrub is protected under a Nature Foundation SA Heritage Agreement that supports a high diversity of native flora and represents one of the largest remaining refuges for native fauna on the central Yorke Peninsula.
